Build-to-Rent Development | 241 Homes | NHBC Quality Award Winner
Client: CJ O’Shea
Mitre Yard is a landmark Build-to-Rent development overlooking the Grand Union Canal and is part of a vast £26 billion regeneration masterplan reshaping this area of Northwest London. The scheme delivers 241 contemporary homes across two new buildings, ranging from 6 to 22 storeys, offering a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, designed, retained, and managed for long-term rental living.
Recognised as an NHBC Quality Award Winner, the project is one of the district’s benchmark developments, combining a strong architectural presence with well-considered amenity spaces and a canal-facing public realm.
