Darragh O’Brien brings over 25 years of experience spanning the trades, site management, and project leadership. With a career built from the ground up, he combines practical construction knowledge with a strategic, delivery-focused mindset.
He has held senior roles across multiple sectors and co-founded UKR Group, a specialist construction recruitment agency. This gave him deep insight into workforce dynamics, talent management, and the operational pressures teams face on-site — experience that now shapes his leadership approach.
At Torc, Darragh leads with clarity and structure, ensuring projects are well-planned, coordinated, and aligned with client expectations. He blends technical understanding with commercial awareness, addressing issues early and keeping delivery on track. His leadership style is straightforward and collaborative, equally effective on-site, in planning sessions, or in client discussions.
